Today is another double challenge! This time, I'm going to talk about why I started blogging and where I am happiest.
Day 17: Why did you start blogging?
If you look at the very first post on my blog, you will see me introduce myself, talk about why I started, blah blah but I'll just state again here.
I like blogging. Simple as that. I like being able to design and publish my own posts, no matter the subject I'm typing about. Something...very satisfying comes out of it.
But I have to admit, I first got this idea to start a blog and actually post regularly from a book review blog called TheBookBasement (which by the way, if you haven't already checked her out, YOU SHOULD), and Sophia is just a freakin' awesome person so yeah, she inspired me. She also has a YouTube channel and she hasn't updated her blog in a while but still. Awesome. Person.
Day 18: Where are you the happiest?
Of course, where I'm most comfortable. Which is my home, or more specifically, in front of my laptop, which varies position from place-to-place around the house.
Another place I like to be is outside. Sitting under a tree, reading a book; you may or may not understand how much joy that gives me. Just experiencing and taking in nature with all of my senses gives a feeling of ecstasy.
Also, malls and bookstores. Oh. My. God. Just give me some cash and let me loose. I will seek the comfort of material goods (because I'm a depressed dork like that.)
